Privacy Policy

Rankinia processes personal data in accordance with Chilean Law No. 21.719 and international best practices.

What we collect

• Account: email, country and language. Your username is a pseudonym you choose.
• Gameplay: matches, scores, achievements and progress linked to your account.
• Technical: IP addresses are stored only as irreversible salted SHA-256 hashes, never in plain text.

How we use it

To run the game (leaderboards, missions, seasons), prevent cheating and abuse, and send transactional emails. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Your rights

You can access, rectify and delete your data. From your profile you can export all your data as JSON and delete your account, which irreversibly anonymizes your information. You can also write to privacidad@rankinia.com.
